Sock Madness Round 4

Finished row 6 of right leg and heel of left leg.  If any of you make this sock, make sure you end with an odd row before you start the heel.  I ended on an even row, and, realizing that I needed to be on an odd row, simply knitted a round in pattern before beginning the leg.  A pretty easy fix.

Why do you need to finish on an odd row?  When you start again after the heels are finished, you will need to knit in the flat. You are still knitting the 2 patterns that you established before the heel.  These are the eyelet pattern on the front and the ribbing on the back. So, you will need to k2tog and do some YO's.  This could be quite confusing when you are coming back on the wrong side.  Since the pattern row (on the front) is on the even rows, you want to make sure you are knitting the pattern rows on the Right side.  Knit the odd rows when you are on the wrong side.

Sorry this is a bit tough.

Peace
