Hello,Saturday afternoon Moogie and I went to Brooklyn to the Momofuko bakery, and took a class on assembling cakes, specifically, the Momofuko Birthday cake. I have always baked and decorated my kids' birthday cakes, but I learned a ton. At the end we made "cake truffles."
