Quiet Night for Eastside Stitchers

Hello:
I arrived late for the regular Wednesday meet up of the Eastside Stitchers at Crossroads in Bellevue.  In fact, at about 5:30, I got a text from GwenS:  Are you coming to knitting?

Well, of course I was coming!  Unfortunately, I had a sub job that lasted until 6, so I was going to be late.  But, definitely better late than never.

There was a small, but terrific group at the round table near Half-Price Books and Starbucks, knitting away.

CathieC is making a sampler afghan.
She only lasted a short while because she needed to concentrate on the pattern.

GwenS has made real progress on her Citron Shawl.
Tara1682 is taking a short break from her Juno Regina Shawl, and brought a Bias Before and After scarf that she is knitting for a gift.
JulieMustKnit is working her way through the yarn and patterns she acquired at the North Sound Yarn Crawl.  She has started the cowl from Country Yarns.
Right behind the cowl is the felted pot Julie made with the yarn (and pattern) she bought at Amanda's Art Yarn shop in Poulsbo on the South Sound Yarn Crawl.

Wajio was just starting a new pair of socks.  And I do mean...Just Starting.
And Readnitdream is knitting a brioche hat.
And, that was about it.  We talked a bit about restaurants at Crossroads, and the shoe repair shop.  And just enjoyed each other's company.  This is what is so much fun about Knit Night.

Peace,
