one more quick post:
While Himes isn't traveling like Pookie and Moogie (who is in NYC to see Hamilton this weekend), Himes has been having his own adventure of a sort this summer. We have been getting together to cook once a week. This is the pan-fried sole and steamed green beans he made for me on Thursday night. We added a green salad and some watermelon for dessert.
