Living at the epicenter of COVID-19

Forgot to post yesterday. I had 37% of my students out. Some who were home sick with regular colds returned. A few new students were missing.

I have one algebra student who has been struggling all year who is staying home. I am posting our daily work in our OneNote Class Notebooks so students can keep up. We has an email exchange last night about how lost he is. He has the work, but without teaching, doesn't know how to do it. I gave him some links to khan academy,  but I need a better way to work with these struggling students.

Our district is having meetings at every school today to put plans in place for what to do if we do have to close. We are a one to one school (all students have laptops). We will continue to do the best we can to meet our students' needs.

Still 0 cases in the district.
